Training Room Recording (Trainer's Desktop)

As a Trainer, you can record the Training Room, capturing every participant's desktop. This feature is handy for revisiting course material or documenting any issues learners encounter during the session, which can assist with troubleshooting—whether for your own notes or for the support team.

Recording Button

Once you're in the Training Room, locate the recording button at the bottom – it's shown in the screenshot below, right next to your name and any associated tags.

 

Pressing the button starts the recording, and the button will begin to flash red slowly. To stop it, simply click again.

 

Accessing Recordings

From the course page, you can find all your recordings under the ‘Recordings’ tab. Once there, you'll be able to choose which type of recording you'd like to view.
