Course Chat

Course Chat is a feature that helps trainers, participants and support members communicate about the course during the session. It is part of the training room.

To enrol in the course chat, enter the training room. From there, you'll be prompted to join the course chat.

To access it at any other time, simply click the chat icon at the top right of the training room.

Once clicked, the chat interface opens on the left-hand side, and you can see your course in the list. You can enable notifications (at the top of the chat interface) to hear a sound whenever a new message is added to the course chat.
