NobleProg hosted public server

This environment is hosted within a NobleProg data centre (located within the EU and compliant with GDPR). It operates as a shared server for NobleProg clients, meaning NobleProg retains access.

Should you opt for a server located outside the EU, local legislation may apply. Data belonging to UK-based customers is retained within the UK.

NobleProg hosted private server

This solution is hosted within a NobleProg data centre (within the EU). It constitutes a dedicated server assigned to a single organisation, ensuring that no other entity utilises the hardware.

If you select a server located outside the EU, local law may apply.

On-premise server

The server resides on the organisation’s own premises. The software is installed on this server, and all data remains under the organisation’s complete control.

  • Access to DaDesktop requires you to register an account.
  • Registering for an account involves providing us with specific personal data, such as your name, email address, username, and password.
  • We gather this information as it is essential for providing access to our services and maintaining their security.
  • We may utilise your data to communicate with you regarding your account.
  • Account data is retained for as long as your account remains active.
  • You may cancel your account at any time; upon cancellation, we delete your account data.

  • The client retains the option to manage users independently or request that NobleProg handle user management.
  • The server can be encrypted to prevent NobleProg from having any access.
  • No data is collected or stored.
  • NobleProg has no access.

Training Room Data (including cloud desktop activity and chat function)

  • All activity within the Training Room may be monitored by the course instructor, training management, and our technical support team.
  • This monitoring facilitates the allocation of appropriate data resources, enables support for technical issues, allows instructors and management to track course progress, and ensures compliance with our Terms of Service.
  • Our Terms of Use prohibit users from engaging in personal activities, such as using social media, conducting financial transactions, or performing personal web searches.
  • Data is deleted once the course has been confirmed as ‘finished’.

  • All data collected and stored is managed by the client.

  • NobleProg has no access.

Video / Audio Data

  • DaDesktop features an integrated audio/video capability.
  • This functionality is provided through the NobleProg infrastructure, rather than via external software.
  • Course Desktops (Fresh-start, Trainer, and Participants) may be recorded for troubleshooting purposes. No audio data is recorded. These recordings are deleted 14 days after the course concludes. Only NobleProg administrators with SuperAdmin privileges have access to these recordings.
  • All data collected and stored is managed by the client.
  • Course Desktops and Recordings may be recorded (if required) for troubleshooting and other purposes (see Shared Server). These recordings are the responsibility of the client and are automatically removed after 14 days due to the auto-delete process.
  • No data is collected or stored.
  • NobleProg has no access.

  • Clients have the option to record the course desktop.
  • If the recording option is utilised, NobleProg stores the recording, which can be monitored. The account holder can determine when it is deleted.
  • Upon account cancellation, all applicable recordings are deleted.

Technical Support

If you contact us for technical support, you will need to provide certain personal data, which may include your name, employer, email address, phone number, time zone, and the reason for requiring support. We utilise this support data to resolve your issue and to gain a better understanding of the types of problems our users encounter. All technical support is delivered within NobleProg.
